Montgomery County Emergency Rental Assistance Program

The Montgomery County  Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)  portal is designed to rapidly and efficiently prioritize how we allocate resources and develop programs to respond to the most critical housing impacts due to COVID-19.

Renters are invited to submit an assessment so that Montgomery Community Action may determine the priority and interventions needed based on present housing needs.
